Magnolia Fence Co. LLC is based in beautiful Lakeland, Florida, also known as Swan City. While our office is located in South Lakeland, we proudly provide residential and commercial fence installation and repair services throughout Polk County and Hillsborough Counties.

What types of fences do you install?
We offer a variety of fence styles including vinyl, wood, chain link, aluminum, and field fencing. Each type is selected to meet different aesthetic and functional needs. We will discuss your project with you and review all your options, ensuring you find the perfect fit for your property.
What are fence designs?
Fence designs refer to the specific construction of a fence, i.e...board on board, Charleston, boardwalk, semi privacy, etc. We offer many designs to each style of fence. You can browse the different styles and designs here.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes, we believe in the quality of our installations and provide a 1 year warranty on labor to back that up! Most materials come with a warranty. Chain link comes with a 10 year manufacturer's warranty and vinyl and aluminum come with limited lifetime warranties. Our commitment to quality means that if any issues arise within the warranty period, we’ll address them promptly to ensure your complete satisfaction.
What is the installation process?
